基于三维接触分形理论和固定结合面切向接触阻尼耗能机理,建立了考虑弹塑性接触变形机制的固定结合面切向接触阻尼分形模型。模型仿真结果表明:切向接触阻尼会随着法向接触载荷的增大而增大;当表面分形维数小于等于2.5时,切向接触阻尼会随着分形维数的增大而增大;当表面分形维数大于2.5时,切向接触阻尼会随着分形维数的增大而减小。模型仿真结果也揭示了分形粗糙度尺度参数、塑性指数和摩擦因数对切向接触阻尼的影响。
基于三維接觸分形理論和固定結閤麵切嚮接觸阻尼耗能機理,建立瞭攷慮彈塑性接觸變形機製的固定結閤麵切嚮接觸阻尼分形模型。模型倣真結果錶明:切嚮接觸阻尼會隨著法嚮接觸載荷的增大而增大;噹錶麵分形維數小于等于2.5時,切嚮接觸阻尼會隨著分形維數的增大而增大;噹錶麵分形維數大于2.5時,切嚮接觸阻尼會隨著分形維數的增大而減小。模型倣真結果也揭示瞭分形粗糙度呎度參數、塑性指數和摩抆因數對切嚮接觸阻尼的影響。

Based on the three-dimensional contact fractal theory and the energy dissipation mechanism of tangential contact damping on fixed joint surfaces,a fractal model of the tangential contact damping on fixed joint surfaces considering the elasto-plastic contact deformation mechanism is proposed. Numerical simulation shows that the tan-gential damping increases with the normal load and the fractal dimension when D≤2. 5,but when > 2. 5 it decrea-ses with the fractal dimension. The results also reveal the other parameters such as fractal roughness scaling param-eter,plasticity index and friction factor are also very important to the tangential contact damping.
