为了对折臂式随车起重机进行动力学分析,先建立折臂式随车起重机的 Creo 动力学模型,并分析其工况特点。应用 Creo 动力学模型计算某一工况下各个构件的受力,得出了动臂油缸受力最大。对动臂油缸进行动力学分析的过程中发现了动臂油缸受力的三个阶段。进一步研究,得到了吊重质量、伸缩臂长度和运行速度与动臂油缸受力的偏微分关系,并计算出了偏微分方程组的解析解。为折臂式随车起重机的机构设计提供了一种高效便捷的方法。
為瞭對摺臂式隨車起重機進行動力學分析,先建立摺臂式隨車起重機的 Creo 動力學模型,併分析其工況特點。應用 Creo 動力學模型計算某一工況下各箇構件的受力,得齣瞭動臂油缸受力最大。對動臂油缸進行動力學分析的過程中髮現瞭動臂油缸受力的三箇階段。進一步研究,得到瞭弔重質量、伸縮臂長度和運行速度與動臂油缸受力的偏微分關繫,併計算齣瞭偏微分方程組的解析解。為摺臂式隨車起重機的機構設計提供瞭一種高效便捷的方法。

Creo dynamics model of folding-jib lorry loading crane is established for analyzing its dynamics,and the characteristic of working condition is analyzed. The force on the components under a certain condition is calculated by applying the Creo dynamic model. The force on movable arm oil cylinder is obtained to be maximum. In the a-nalysis progress of the movable arm oil cylinder,three stages of the movable arm oil cylinderˊs force were found. Af-ter further research,we obtain the partial differential relationship among the quality of lifting object,the length of jib,the movable velocity and the force of the movable arm oil cylinder,and the analytical solution of partial differ-ential equations was got. This paper provides a highly efficient and convenient method of mechanism design on fold-ing-jib lorry loading crane.
