目的：探讨具有 BCLT 的三阴性乳腺癌临床病理特点，并分析其与 Ki67、野生型 P53表达的关系。方法收集我院2010年2月至2014年3月收治的56例三阴性乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，并采用免疫组化方法选择其中具有 BCLT 的患者标本，以探讨具有 BCLT 三阴性乳腺癌的临床病理特点，并分析其与Ki67、 P53表达的关系。结果56例三阴性乳腺癌中，31例（55．4％）为具有 BCLT 的三阴性乳腺癌， CK5/6在具有 BCLT 的三阴性乳腺癌的表达率高达93．5％（29/31），具有 BCLT 的三阴性乳腺癌表达较高水平的 Ki67，组间差异具有显著统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论具有 BCLT 的三阴性乳腺癌是一种高度恶性且极易转移，预后不良的乳腺癌，其核级别较高。 CK5/6等免疫标志物、特征性的形态学改变以及 Ki67的表达有利于判断具有 BCLT 的三阴性乳腺癌的预后，值得临床参考和进一步探索。
목적：탐토구유 BCLT 적삼음성유선암림상병리특점，병분석기여 Ki67、야생형 P53표체적관계。방법수집아원2010년2월지2014년3월수치적56례삼음성유선암환자작위연구대상，병채용면역조화방법선택기중구유 BCLT 적환자표본，이탐토구유 BCLT 삼음성유선암적림상병리특점，병분석기여Ki67、 P53표체적관계。결과56례삼음성유선암중，31례（55．4％）위구유 BCLT 적삼음성유선암， CK5/6재구유 BCLT 적삼음성유선암적표체솔고체93．5％（29/31），구유 BCLT 적삼음성유선암표체교고수평적 Ki67，조간차이구유현저통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론구유 BCLT 적삼음성유선암시일충고도악성차겁역전이，예후불량적유선암，기핵급별교고。 CK5/6등면역표지물、특정성적형태학개변이급 Ki67적표체유리우판단구유 BCLT 적삼음성유선암적예후，치득림상삼고화진일보탐색。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of BCLT -positive triple-negative breast cancer and their relationship with Ki 67 and P53 expressions.Methods A total of 56 patients with triple-negative breast cancer were included in the study .Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the patients with BCLT -positive triple-negative breast cancer.The clinicopathologi-cal features of BCLT-positive triple-negative breast cancer were analyzed as well as their relationship with Ki67 and P53 expressions.Results Of the 56 patients with triple negative breast cancer , BCLT was found expressed in 31 cases (55.4%) .CK5 /6 as one of basal markers was shown to ex-press in 93.5% (29 /31) of breast cancers harboring BCLT , and BCLT was positively associated with ki67 (P <0.05) .Conclusions BCLT-positive triple-negative breast cancer is a highly malig -nant cancer.It tends to metastasize and has a poor prognosis.Immune markers such as CK5 /6, characteristic morphological changes and Ki67 expression help determine the outcome of BCLT -posi-tive triple-negative breast cancer.More studies will be needed to explore this breast cancer .
