目的:分析18F-FDG PET/CT检查中出现棕色脂肪组织(BAT)摄取与室外温度之间的关系。方法回顾性分析上海长海医院核医学科20949例受检者的18F-FDG PET/CT图像,并通过PubMed查询2002至2013年间BAT摄取相关研究,收集对应检查日期的检查地区温度,使用一元线性回归分析模型分析 BAT摄取发生率(P)与平均室外温度(T)之间的关系。结果PubMed共查询到10项符合标准的相关研究,纳入本研究后(11项研究共44581例)经简单线性回归分析结果表明,BAT摄取发生率与室外温度呈显著负相关(r=-0.718,P=0.013),回归方程为P(%)=6.87-0.22×T(℃),每当气温上升5℃,BAT摄取发生率下降约1%。结论 BAT摄取发生率比较低,且与平均室外温度呈显著负相关关系。

Objective To investigate the association between the prevalence of activated brown adipose tissue ( BAT) and the average outdoor temperature in 18F-FDG PET/CT. Methods 18F-FDG PET/CT scans were performed in 20 949 cases in nuclear medicine department of Changhai hospital and BAT studies from PubMed (2002-2013) were reviewed, and the average outdoor temperatures during the study periods were obtained. A simple linear regression was used to analyze the association between the prevalence of activated BAT (P) and the average outdoor temperature (T). Results The review analysis for 11 BAT studies(n=44 581) (including 10 BAT studies from PubMed that meet the criteria for this study) showed a significant negative correlation(r=-0.718, P=0.013) between the prevalence of activat-ed BAT and the average outdoor temperature. The equation of the regression line is P(%)=6.87-0.22×T(℃). The prevalence of activated BAT decreased by about 1%for each 5 ℃increase in average outdoor tem-perature. Conclusion The prevalence of activated BAT is low in subtropics, there is a significant linear negative correlation between the prevalence of activated BAT and the average outdoor temperature.
