《老子》包含着丰富的管理哲学思想，是一部集“修身”、“齐民”、“治国”于一体的智慧宝典，提出了一系列“政善治，事善能”、“致虚极，守静笃”、“大制不割”、“自然无为”等治理思想。挖掘《老子》治理思想的现代价值，可以启迪领导者加强自我管理的修身养德、注重组织管理的“无为而治”，提升治理境界，创新治理路径，完善治理体系。

Laozi is a book that embodies large quantities of ideas of management philosophy.Ideas such as cultivating one’ s morality,loving the populace and managing state’s affairs with devotion are contained in this book.In this book,Laozi put forward several management principles including “using talents in managing the state and hiring qualified people in doing things”,“the governor clearing his mind and resisting the disruption”,“the good governor cares about the macro affairs”and“managing according to the rules of nature”.This discourse is aimed at discovering the modern value of ideas of Laozi, inspiring governors to cultivate his moral and improve his organization and finding ways to improve the governor’s management ability.
