为了改进已有雷达阵地适用性评估方法存在的局限性,找到一种更为合理、通用性更强的雷达阵地适用性评价方法,通过对雷达阵地建设情况的深入调研,综合考虑雷达阵地再评估和雷达装备的换装需要,建立了一套新的雷达阵地适用性的量化评价标准。在此基础上,利用突变级数法建立了适用性评价模型;最后选取实例对该模型进行检验,并对检验结果进行分析。结果表明,模型分析结果与实际选择结果基本一致,得出雷达阵地的技战术性能条件是影响总体评价结果最主要的因素的结论。
為瞭改進已有雷達陣地適用性評估方法存在的跼限性,找到一種更為閤理、通用性更彊的雷達陣地適用性評價方法,通過對雷達陣地建設情況的深入調研,綜閤攷慮雷達陣地再評估和雷達裝備的換裝需要,建立瞭一套新的雷達陣地適用性的量化評價標準。在此基礎上,利用突變級數法建立瞭適用性評價模型;最後選取實例對該模型進行檢驗,併對檢驗結果進行分析。結果錶明,模型分析結果與實際選擇結果基本一緻,得齣雷達陣地的技戰術性能條件是影響總體評價結果最主要的因素的結論。

To improve the limits of the traditional appraisal procedure for the radar usability of the position of radar, a more reasonable and universal evaluation methodology was found. Through deep investigation and survey of the construction condition of the position of radar, and the reevaluation of the position of radar and reloading demand of radar equipment, a new quantized evaluation criterion for the usabdity of radar position was established. On this ba-sis, the evaluation methodology model was established with catastrophe progression method. The living example was used to test the model's rationality, and the results were analyzed. The analyzed results of the model are accordant to the virtual choice, and the model is reasonable, and the chief reactors which affect the global evaluation results is the technical and tactical performance of the position of radar.
