为了快速准确测定岩桂叶精油中黄樟油素含量,建立了毛细管柱气相色谱内标法,对岩桂叶精油中黄樟油素含量进行检测,结果表明,岩桂叶精油中黄樟油素GC含量为92.9%~94.3%。该方法的相对标准偏差小于0.5%,检测时间为8 min,检测精密度和准确度高,时间短,可快速测定黄樟油素含量。
為瞭快速準確測定巖桂葉精油中黃樟油素含量,建立瞭毛細管柱氣相色譜內標法,對巖桂葉精油中黃樟油素含量進行檢測,結果錶明,巖桂葉精油中黃樟油素GC含量為92.9%~94.3%。該方法的相對標準偏差小于0.5%,檢測時間為8 min,檢測精密度和準確度高,時間短,可快速測定黃樟油素含量。

In order to determine safrole content in the essential oil of Cinnamomum petrophilum N. Chao leaves rapidly,the capillary column gas chromatography with internal standard method was set up. The safrole contents of the essential oils were 92. 9% to 94. 3%. The relative standard deviation( RSD)of the detection method was less than 0. 5%,and the detection time was 8 min. The method was rapid,accurate and precise.
