行人过街延误是评价行人交通状况、衡量行人交通服务水平的一个重要标志。正确的判断个体行人穿越道路时所承受的延误对于研究、评价以及改善行人交通流乃至整个混合交通流的运行都有着极其重要的意义。笔者利用视频摄像技术调查获取了无信号控制路段，交叉口人行横道的行人与机动车交通数据，同时提出相应的无信号控制行人过街延误的计算方法，对行人过街延误通过实例来计算并验证此计算方法的可行性。

The delay of pedestrian crossing is an important symbol of evaluating the status of pedestrian traffic and measuring the level of pedestrian traffic service. Correct judgement of pedestrian crossing delay is significant to studying, evaluating and improving pedestrian traffic flow and the entire mixed traffic flow. The author uses the video technology to get the traffic data of pedestrian and vehicle in the road without signal light and the pedestrian crossing, and proposes the calculation method of the delay, in which the real case is used to calculate and the feasibility of this calculation method is testified.
