目的：实验证明神经节苷脂对中枢神经系统疾病，如颅内出血、HIE、脑梗死等有确切疗效。本试验是为进一步观察和分析早期使用神经节苷脂对新生儿室管膜下囊肿（SEC）的疗效。方法系统回顾2010年-2013年间200例经头颅 B 超诊断为室管膜下囊肿的足月新生儿，随机抽取200例进行分析。取其中100例患儿为治疗组，于确诊当天使用神经节苷脂营养脑治疗7～14天，另外100例无治疗患儿为对照组，分别对两组患儿在3、6、12个月时进行跟踪随访，检查内容包括头颅 B 超检查、体格测试、智能测试、脑干听觉诱发电位检查。内容包括头颅 B超检查、体格测试、智能测试、脑干听觉诱发电位检查。结果治疗组患儿3、6、12个月的体格发育指数与对照组无差异（P ＞0.05），而头颅 B 超观察囊肿吸收时间、脑干听觉诱发电位恢复正常时间及智能发育则优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论新生儿早期使用营养脑细胞药物对室管膜下囊肿的愈后有改善，值得推广使用。
목적：실험증명신경절감지대중추신경계통질병，여로내출혈、HIE、뇌경사등유학절료효。본시험시위진일보관찰화분석조기사용신경절감지대신생인실관막하낭종（SEC）적료효。방법계통회고2010년-2013년간200례경두로 B 초진단위실관막하낭종적족월신생인，수궤추취200례진행분석。취기중100례환인위치료조，우학진당천사용신경절감지영양뇌치료7～14천，령외100례무치료환인위대조조，분별대량조환인재3、6、12개월시진행근종수방，검사내용포괄두로 B 초검사、체격측시、지능측시、뇌간은각유발전위검사。내용포괄두로 B초검사、체격측시、지능측시、뇌간은각유발전위검사。결과치료조환인3、6、12개월적체격발육지수여대조조무차이（P ＞0.05），이두로 B 초관찰낭종흡수시간、뇌간은각유발전위회복정상시간급지능발육칙우우대조조（P ＜0.05）。결론신생인조기사용영양뇌세포약물대실관막하낭종적유후유개선，치득추엄사용。
Objective Ganlioside has been proved of having definite clinical effect in treating central nervous system disease.The aim of this study was to further evaluate the earlier use of ganglioside treatment in subependymal cyst. Methods From year 201 0 to year 201 3,a total of 200 full-term newborn infants,which were diagnosed as having “subependymal cyst”via head B-ultrasonic,were included in this study.They were equally divided into 2 groups.1 00 of them received ganglioside treat-ment from 7 to 1 4 days right after their diagnosis.Another 1 00 of them were not assigned with any ganglioside treatment.Follow-ups and reviews were arranged to both groups after 3,6 and 1 2 months with head B-ultrasound examination,fitness test,intelli-gence test and BEAP examination. Results There was no significant difference in physical development index (P >0.05)be-tween treatment group and control group.However,treatment group is found of spending shorter time of “Cyst absorption”,re-ducing return to normal time of BEAP (brain auditory evoked potentials)as well as better intelligent development. Conclusion The result that suggested earlier use of ganglioside treatment is good at improving.
