密切联系群众，真诚面对群众，实现与群众的有效沟通，是基层领导干部坚持群众路线的重要方法，是基层领导干部植根于群众的重要体现，也是基层领导干部的基本功。只有实现与群众的有效沟通，基层领导干部才能更好地向群众宣传党的路线、方针、政策，才能制定出符合群众利益的政策、措施，才能真正实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民群众的根本利益。
密切聯繫群衆，真誠麵對群衆，實現與群衆的有效溝通，是基層領導榦部堅持群衆路線的重要方法，是基層領導榦部植根于群衆的重要體現，也是基層領導榦部的基本功。隻有實現與群衆的有效溝通，基層領導榦部纔能更好地嚮群衆宣傳黨的路線、方針、政策，纔能製定齣符閤群衆利益的政策、措施，纔能真正實現好、維護好、髮展好最廣大人民群衆的根本利益。

Keeping close ties with the masses and sincere in the face of the masses is an important way to a-chieve effective communication with the masses and insist on the mass line for the party’s leading cadres at the grass-roots level.It is also the basic skills of leading cadres at the grass-roots level.Only by realizing effective communication with the masses can the leading cadres at the grass-roots level better promote the party’s line,principles and policies,draw up policies and measures conforming to the interests of the mas-ses,and finally achieve truly good maintenance of the fundamental interests of the masses.
