The honest culture with Chinese characteristics is the combination among Marxist,traditional Chinese ones and the one which has formed in the practice of CPC.It was brought about by the mutual influence of certain necessary histori-cal conditions,thought and cultural bases and internal mechanism.With the constant development of our society,such culture will necessarily become an important element of free and harmonious one under communist condition as an integral part of the advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
