为提高冰箱性能测试的稳定性和效率，设计了一套多工位冰箱性能测试系统，给出了该系统的结构和功能。针对系统数据采集量大和用户操作多的特点，采用VB开发基于多进程的多工位冰箱性能测试软件，应用ActiveX EXE部件构建数据采集子进程，保证了多工位冰箱的独立检测，避免了程序阻塞和数据丢失。提出了基于Internet的远程监控和GSM-SMS技术方案，实现设备运行和测试结果的时时监控，保证了测试可靠性，降低了劳动强度。

In order to improve thestability and efficiency of refrigerator property test, a system for multi-locationre frigerator property test was put forward. The infrastructure and function designation of this system were provided. In view of large data collec-tion and frequent user action in this system, multi-location refrigerator property test software was developed by multi-processin VB. ActiveX EXE component was used to structuredata acquisition subprocess toensure multi-location’ sindependent inspection and avoidprogram’ s block and data loss. Internet-based remote monitoring and GSM-SMS technology wereraised to realize con-stantmonitor for equipment operation and test result,ensuring the reliabilityfor test and reducing labor intensity.
