某冶炼厂风机在使用过程中,一直存在着风量不够、压力偏高从而制约产能的问题,经分析发现是由风机出口管路设计不合理、系统附加阻力过大所致。本文对风机出口管路进行优化,并对优化前后的风机出口管路系统进行CFD流场模拟,计算表明,优化后风机的出口阻力损失明显减小。管路根据优化结果进行现场改造后,风机使用状况良好,完全满足系统工艺设计要求。

There had been problems of insufficient flow and higher air pressure of a smelting fan in using process, which was caused by unreasonable design of the fan export pipeline in analysis. Flow field of the optimized fan system and the fan system with original export pipeline were both calculated by CFD. The results showed that outlet resistance loss of the optimized fan sys-tem decreased obviously. After export pipeline was modified according to the result of optimization, the smelting fan has been in good use, and fully met the requirements of system process design.
