建立了滚动转子压缩机排气阀三维流固耦合动力学模型。应用该模型分析了压缩机转速、排气压力、排气密度和排气角对排气阀运动规律的影响。研究发现:阀片撞击挡板的速度随着压缩机转速的增加、排气压力的增加、排气时压缩腔容积变化率的增加和排气时压缩腔容积的减少而增加。
建立瞭滾動轉子壓縮機排氣閥三維流固耦閤動力學模型。應用該模型分析瞭壓縮機轉速、排氣壓力、排氣密度和排氣角對排氣閥運動規律的影響。研究髮現:閥片撞擊擋闆的速度隨著壓縮機轉速的增加、排氣壓力的增加、排氣時壓縮腔容積變化率的增加和排氣時壓縮腔容積的減少而增加。

The three-dimensional fluid-structure interaction ( FSI) model was proposed for the discharge valve movement in a rotary compressor. By this FSI model,the influence of speed of compressor,discharge pressure,discharge density and discharge angle on the movement of the discharge valve was studied. It is found that the impact velocity of the valve reed impacting on the retainer increases as the speed of compressor,the discharge pressure and the volume change rate of compression chamber at the time of discharge increase,and increases when the volume of compression chamber at the time of discharge decreases.
