利用空间电荷限制电流的方法测定有机材料的空穴迁移率。用SCLC方法测试得到NPB, m-MTDATA, CBP, Balq四种有机材料的空穴零场迁移率,拟合绘制出四种材料在不同电场下空穴的场依赖迁移率。测试不同浓度红色磷光染料Ir(piq)2(acac)掺杂到这四种母体后空穴迁移率的变化情况,分析发现,掺杂母体与客体的能级匹配是研究载流子在掺杂层输运模式的关键,其直接决定了有机材料空穴迁移率的大小。

The method of Space Charge Limited Currents (SCLC) was employed to measure the zero field mobility of four organic materials, including NPB, m-MTDATA, CBP and Balq. The field-dependent hole mobilities under different electric fields were fitted and drawn for the four organic materials. Different concentrations of test red phosphorescent dye Ir(piq)2(acac) were doped into candidate hosts of the above-mentioned four organic materials,and the hole mobilities of the doped organic materials were measured and analyzed. Results showed that the energy level matching between the host and guest material is the key factor influencing the transport mode of carriers in doped layer,which directly determines the hole mobility of the organic material.
