With the constant improvement of Chinese living quality, as well as the more and more ob-vious convenience that stewed food bringing to people's life, the scale of spiced food industry was expan-ding in China. However, the safety problems of spiced food were exposed. Safety problems of spiced food were discussed mainly from enterprise management and government regulation in this article. The corre-sponding suggestions and solutions were put forward.
