高校青年教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,他们职业道德素质同其能力素质一样,直接关系到高校人才培养质量。高校青年教师职业道德建设现状不容乐观,需要多层面制定应对策略并采取可行措施:完善高校教师职业道德规范,建立科学考核评价体系;强化教育,规范管理;严格要求,为人师表,以良好的职业道德意识约束自我行为。

The young teachers in universities are an important part of the teaching staff.Their professional conduct as well as their abilities bears on the quality of talent training.However,the current situation of their professional conduct is not so optimistic and needs to be coped with practical measures as perfection of professional conduct standards,establishment of scientific evaluation system,enhancement of education and standardization of management,strict demand and willingness to be the models of students,self-constraints with good consciousness of professional conduct.
