对开蕨是国家二级珍稀濒危保护植物,为提高育苗质量,研究了不同空气湿度对其3年生组培苗光合特性的影响,设置4种空气湿度处理,即T1( CK,RH35%~45%);T2,RH65%±2%;T3,RH75%±2%;T4,RH85%±2%。结果表明:各处理净光合速率( Pn )均在09:00达到最大,之后持续下降,高温可能是主要制约因素;增湿可以有效降低叶片温度(TL),使经加湿处理的各组Pn 日均值均显著高于对照,光补偿点(LC,P)显著降低;其中T2的Pn 日均值、水分利用率(WU,E)显著高于其他处理,LC,P显著低于其他处理。认为4组处理中T2对环境的适应性最好,增加空气湿度至65%时有利于增强对开蕨组培苗的光合作用。

Phyllitis japonica is a species of rare and endangered plant of nationalⅡlevel.We studied the effects of different air humidity on photosynthetic characteristics of its three-years-old tissue culture seedlings to improve the quality of seedlings. Four air relative humidity treatments were T1, (CK, RH 35%-45%), T2, RH (65±2)%, T3, RH (75±2)%, and T4, RH (85±2)%.Each treatment’s Pn reached max value at 9:00, but then decreased, and high temperature may be the main restraining factors.Improving air humidity can effectively decrease TL .The daily average of Pn in humidification treat-ments were significantly greater than that of CK, and LC,P decreased signnificantly.Daily average of Pn and WU,E by T2 were significantly higher than those of other treatments, and LC,P was lower.Therefore, T2 has the best environment adapt-ability.The increased air humidity to 65%can improve photosynthesis of P.aj ponica.
