选取抚顺市为研究区,以森林盖度为研究对象,利用MODIS、TM多光谱遥感影像和航片数据,基于Bottom-up方法,建立两阶段森林盖度经验模型,并对模型进行了检验。结果表明:TM NDVI均值与地面实测森林盖度具有较好的相关性,两阶段模型可以较为精确的将航片解译的地面森林盖度扩展到中尺度空间范围;MODIS森林盖度预测值与实测值的RMSE为0.175,误差为15.9%;应用MODIS NDVI数据和第二阶段模型对抚顺市森林盖度进行估测,并将估测值转换为森林面积,结果与森林一类二类调查数据相差在15%以内,整体估测精度达到85%,在实际应用中具有一定的参考价值。

With forest in Fushun, we used MODIS, TM remote sensing image, aerial photograph and Bottom-up to build a two-stage experience model of forest vegetation coverage, and conducted inspection to the model.There was good correlation be-tween the average value of TM NDVI and the inspected ground forest area.The two-stage model could accurately extend the ground data interpreted by aerial photographs to the mesoscale spatial extent.The RMSE of the predicted value and actual value of MODIS forest vegetation coverage was 0.175, and the estimated deviation was 15.9%.The deviation between the estimated value of Fushun forest area by using MODIS NDVI data and the second-stage model, and the 1st-type and 2nd-type investigation data was within 15%.The overall estimated accuracy reached 85%.
