本文在阐述数字档案科学化管理内涵的基础上，对阻碍基层学校档案管理存在的问题进行分析，进而探析基层学校数字档案管理的科学化路径，即通过以现实需求为导向，以信息安全为前提，以校园网络为依托，以规范的制度为保障，以合理的评估为动力，以人财物的合理配置为支撑的管理设想，以期为基层学校档案数字化与安全的科学化管理提供一些思路、借鉴和依据。

On the basis of connotation of the scientized management, this article expounds the digital archives, to analyze to the prevention of basic school archives management, analysis on the existing problems, and the scientized path of basic school digital archives management is by means of the reality demand as the guidance, on the premise of information se-curity, which is based on campus network, to regulate the system to safeguard, powered by a reasonable assessment, sup-ported by reasonable allocation of human, financial and management idea, in order to the basic school archives digitiza-tion and security to provide some ideas, and the scientized management and the basis.
