目的:建立复方三黄酊的薄层色谱鉴别及乙醇量检查方法。方法用硅胶 G 薄层板,分别以甲苯-异丙醇-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(6:1.5:3:1.5:0.3)、三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(30:15:4)、苯-乙酸乙酯(19:1)为展开剂,温度26℃、相对湿度62%的条件下,鉴别3种黄连、黄柏和冰片药材,同时用 Agilent 6890N 气相色谱仪,测乙醇含量。结果供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱或对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色斑点,测得乙醇量为48.0%~50.0%。结论本法简单易行,可用于复方三黄酊的薄层鉴别和乙醇量测定。

목적:건립복방삼황정적박층색보감별급을순량검사방법。방법용규효 G 박층판,분별이갑분-이병순-을산을지-갑순-수(6:1.5:3:1.5:0.3)、삼록갑완-갑순-수(30:15:4)、분-을산을지(19:1)위전개제,온도26℃、상대습도62%적조건하,감별3충황련、황백화빙편약재,동시용 Agilent 6890N 기상색보의,측을순함량。결과공시품색보중,재여대조품색보혹대조약재색보상응적위치상,현상동안색반점,측득을순량위48.0%~50.0%。결론본법간단역행,가용우복방삼황정적박층감별화을순량측정。
Objective To establish an advanced TLC identification method of Compound Sanhuang Tincture,and a method for the determination of ethanol. Methods The Rhizoma coptidis,Cortex phellodendri and Synthetic borneol were i-dentified with mobile phase of microemulsion form incacid by silica gel G thin layer plate. The consis of microem ulsion was toluene:toluene - isopropanol - ethyl acetate - methanol - H2 O = 6:1. 5:3:1. 5:0. 3,chloroform - methanol - H2 O(30:15:4),benzene - ethyl acetate(19:1). The temperature was 26 ℃,and the relative humidity 62% . The determination of ethanol was carried out with Agilent 6890N gas liquid chromatography. Results The spots in the chromatogram of the test solution corresponding to the position of each reference substance had the same color. The content of alcohol was 48. 0% ~ 50. 0% . Conclusion The method was simple and can he used for the thin layer identification of Compound Sanhuang Tincture and the determination of ethanol.
