为了探讨振动法测量木材动态弹性模量时应力波波速的差异性,本实验选取含有不同节子及内部孔洞的国产油松、马尾松原木为试验材料,采用纵向敲击法测量原木试材的动态弹性模量。建立原木缺陷的数学模型,模拟计算和分析表明,木材节子及孔洞对应力波波速及弹性模量均有影响,而且降低了木材品质。
為瞭探討振動法測量木材動態彈性模量時應力波波速的差異性,本實驗選取含有不同節子及內部孔洞的國產油鬆、馬尾鬆原木為試驗材料,採用縱嚮敲擊法測量原木試材的動態彈性模量。建立原木缺陷的數學模型,模擬計算和分析錶明,木材節子及孔洞對應力波波速及彈性模量均有影響,而且降低瞭木材品質。

In order to discuss the differences of stress wave velocity during the measurement of wood dynamic elasticity modulus with a vibration method. Chinese pine and Masson pine log with different knots and inner holes are selected for the experiment, with a longitudinal hammering method used to measure the dynamic modulus of elasticity of the log tested. A mathematical model for log defects is established and simulation calculation and analysis show that timber knots and holes have effect on stress wave velocity and stimulus of elasticity,thereby reducing timber quality.
