目的：评价临床药师对Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用进行持续干预的效果，为后期的围手术期抗菌药物干预研究提供参考。方法回顾性分析医院2012年10月至12月和2013年4月至6月Ⅰ类切口手术患者的临床资料。结果经临床药师干预，对Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防使用抗菌药物，医师在预防用药指征、抗菌药物品种选择、给药途径、给药剂量、给药频次、溶剂选择、溶剂量、首次预防用药时间、术后用药持续时间、联合用药等方面的使用合理率有了明显提高；人均抗菌药物预防应用时间由5.67 d 降至3.21 d。结论对Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防使用抗菌药物进行干预具有可行性和有效性，对促进合理使用抗菌药物起到了推动作用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacists' persistent intervention on the perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterial drugs in typeⅠ incision to provide reference for the study of perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterial drugs in late stage. Methods The clinical data in the inpatients with typeⅠ incision surgery in our hospita1 from October to December 2012 and from April to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Through the intervention of clinical pharmacist,the reasonable rates in the aspects of preventive medication indications,antibacterial selection,administration route,dosage,administration frequency, solvents selection,solvent volume,preventive medication time for the first time,postoperative continuous medication time and drug com-bination were significantly increased;the average time of prophylactic antibacterial drug use was decreased from 5. 67 d to 3. 21 d. Conclusion The interventions on perioperative preventive antibacterial drug use in type Ⅰ incision is feasible and effective,which plays a boosting role in promoting the rational use of antibacterial drugs.
