目的：以金荞麦片为模型药，探讨中药固体制剂的溶出度测定方法。方法采用桨法，75 r / min，以0.25%十二烷基硫酸钠（SDS）1000 mL 为溶出介质，自身对照，采用紫外分光光度法在280 nm 波长下测定溶出度。结果建立的方法分辨率高，重现性好。结论中药固体制剂溶出度的测定方法的建立，对于提高药品质量和有效性具有重要意义。
목적：이금교맥편위모형약，탐토중약고체제제적용출도측정방법。방법채용장법，75 r / min，이0.25%십이완기류산납（SDS）1000 mL 위용출개질，자신대조，채용자외분광광도법재280 nm 파장하측정용출도。결과건립적방법분변솔고，중현성호。결론중약고체제제용출도적측정방법적건립，대우제고약품질량화유효성구유중요의의。
Objective To research the dissolution determination method of Chinese medicine solid preparations with Golden Buckwheat Tablets as the model drug. Methods The paddle method was adopted,75 rpm / min,0. 25% sodium dodecyl sodium(SDS)1 000 mL as the dissolution medium,by using self - control,the dissolution was measured at the wavelength of 280 nm by UV method. Results The established method has high resolution and good reproducibility. Conclusion The establishment of the dissolution method of Chinese medicine solid preparation has important significance.
