目的:研究光果翠雀的止血作用机制及安全性。方法观察光果翠雀大鼠灌胃给药对凝血酶原时间(PT),部分凝血活酶活性时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)的影响。采用大白兔破损皮肤外用试验观察光果翠雀的皮肤刺激性及皮肤吸收毒性,采用小鼠口服观察光果翠雀口服的急性毒性。结果小鼠口服光果翠雀能显著缩 PT 和 APTT;光果翠雀破损皮肤外用未见明显的皮肤刺激性和吸收毒性,但口服毒性显著。结论光果翠雀能明显缩短 PT 及 APTT,外用安全,但口服具有显著的毒性。

목적:연구광과취작적지혈작용궤제급안전성。방법관찰광과취작대서관위급약대응혈매원시간(PT),부분응혈활매활성시간(APTT)、응혈매시간(TT)급섬유단백원함량(FIB)적영향。채용대백토파손피부외용시험관찰광과취작적피부자격성급피부흡수독성,채용소서구복관찰광과취작구복적급성독성。결과소서구복광과취작능현저축 PT 화 APTT;광과취작파손피부외용미견명현적피부자격성화흡수독성,단구복독성현저。결론광과취작능명현축단 PT 급 APTT,외용안전,단구복구유현저적독성。
Objective To investigate the hemostasis mechanism and safety of delphinium grandiflorum L. var. leiocarpum(DGVL). Methods The effects of intragastric administration of DGVL on prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen concentration(FIB)in rat arterial blood were observed. The toxicity of DGVL absorbed by damaged rabbit skin and the acute toxicity in mice by oral administration were evaluated respectively. Results DGVL could shorten PT and APTT in rat arterial blood remarkably,and had no obvious effect on TT and FIB. The skin stimulation and the absorption toxicity were not shown in rabbit. Conclusion DGVL could shorten PT and APTT in rat arterial blood remarkably,its external use is safe,but its oral administration has significant toxicity.
