目的：优选酸枣仁抗抑郁有效组分（总脂肪油、总黄酮、总皂苷）的最佳配伍。方法采用均匀设计法将90只小鼠随机分为9组，分别为对照组及给药 A ~ H 组，观察各组小鼠强迫游泳和悬尾试验情况，以小鼠在6 min 中后4 min 内不动时间为评价指标，筛选酸枣仁抗抑郁有效组分的最佳配伍，对所得有效组分最佳配伍的药效进行比较和验证试验。结果小鼠强迫游泳试验，给药 A，B，C，F，H组小鼠强迫游泳不动时间明显少于对照组（ P <0.05）；小鼠悬尾试验，给药 A，B，D，E，F，H 组小鼠悬尾不动时间明显少于对照组（ P <0.05或 P <0.01）。经多元统计分析，酸枣仁抗抑郁有效组分的最佳配伍组合为总脂肪油10 mg / kg、总黄酮100 mg / kg、总皂苷10 mg / kg。结论均匀设计、数理统计与药效学结合确定有效组分的配伍可行，优化活性组分配伍的药效达到或优于原药材。
目的：優選痠棘仁抗抑鬱有效組分（總脂肪油、總黃酮、總皂苷）的最佳配伍。方法採用均勻設計法將90隻小鼠隨機分為9組，分彆為對照組及給藥 A ~ H 組，觀察各組小鼠彊迫遊泳和懸尾試驗情況，以小鼠在6 min 中後4 min 內不動時間為評價指標，篩選痠棘仁抗抑鬱有效組分的最佳配伍，對所得有效組分最佳配伍的藥效進行比較和驗證試驗。結果小鼠彊迫遊泳試驗，給藥 A，B，C，F，H組小鼠彊迫遊泳不動時間明顯少于對照組（ P <0.05）；小鼠懸尾試驗，給藥 A，B，D，E，F，H 組小鼠懸尾不動時間明顯少于對照組（ P <0.05或 P <0.01）。經多元統計分析，痠棘仁抗抑鬱有效組分的最佳配伍組閤為總脂肪油10 mg / kg、總黃酮100 mg / kg、總皂苷10 mg / kg。結論均勻設計、數理統計與藥效學結閤確定有效組分的配伍可行，優化活性組分配伍的藥效達到或優于原藥材。
목적：우선산조인항억욱유효조분（총지방유、총황동、총조감）적최가배오。방법채용균균설계법장90지소서수궤분위9조，분별위대조조급급약 A ~ H 조，관찰각조소서강박유영화현미시험정황，이소서재6 min 중후4 min 내불동시간위평개지표，사선산조인항억욱유효조분적최가배오，대소득유효조분최가배오적약효진행비교화험증시험。결과소서강박유영시험，급약 A，B，C，F，H조소서강박유영불동시간명현소우대조조（ P <0.05）；소서현미시험，급약 A，B，D，E，F，H 조소서현미불동시간명현소우대조조（ P <0.05혹 P <0.01）。경다원통계분석，산조인항억욱유효조분적최가배오조합위총지방유10 mg / kg、총황동100 mg / kg、총조감10 mg / kg。결론균균설계、수리통계여약효학결합학정유효조분적배오가행，우화활성조분배오적약효체도혹우우원약재。
Objective To optimize the best compatibility of effective antidepressant components (total fat oil, total flavonoids, total saponins) of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae. Methods 90 mice were randomly divided into 9 groups, the control group and administration A -H groups by the uniform design method. The mice forced swimming and the tail suspension test in each group were observed. With the immobility time at latter 4 min within 6 min as the evaluating index, the best compatibility of effective antidepressant components was screened. The pharmaceutical effects of obtained optimal compatibility of the effective components were to be proved by the comparison and verification experiment. Results The immobility time of mice during the forced swimming test in the administration A, B, C, F, H groups were significantly less than those in the control group( P < 0. 05); the immobility time of mice during the tail suspension test in the administration A, B, D, E, F, H groups were significantly less than those in the control group( P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01). After the multivariate statistical analysis, the optimal compatibility of effective antidepressant components of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae was total fat oil 10 mg / kg, to-tal flavonoids 100 mg / kg and total saponins 10 mg / kg. Conclusion The compatibility of effective components determined by the combina-tion of the uniform design, mathematical statistics and pharmacodynamics is feasible, the pharmaceutical effect of optimized active component compatibility reaches or surpasses that of the original medicinal materials.
