用低温等离子体技术和接枝反应对超高分子量聚乙烯( UHMWPE)纤维进行表面处理.纤维进行低温等离子体后接枝处理的最佳工艺条件是:在80℃的1.0 mol/L的马来酸酐水溶液中加热1.5 h在维持整体形貌的前提下,在纤维长链表面引入了活性基团,增大了纤维与其他基质材料之间的化学键合能力和咬合能力,提高纤维的表面性能,从而达到表面改性的目的。
用低溫等離子體技術和接枝反應對超高分子量聚乙烯( UHMWPE)纖維進行錶麵處理.纖維進行低溫等離子體後接枝處理的最佳工藝條件是:在80℃的1.0 mol/L的馬來痠酐水溶液中加熱1.5 h在維持整體形貌的前提下,在纖維長鏈錶麵引入瞭活性基糰,增大瞭纖維與其他基質材料之間的化學鍵閤能力和咬閤能力,提高纖維的錶麵性能,從而達到錶麵改性的目的。

Low temperature plasma technology and grafting treatment were used on surface modification on the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber ( UHMWPE) surface.The optimum process of the grafted Maleic anhydride on the fiber surface was aqueous solution as a solvent and 1.0 mol/L of Maleic anhydride concentration at 80 ℃for 1.5 h.After the treated polar groups were grafted in the side chain of the fiber , so the chemical bonding ability with other matrix materials increased and the occlusion ability between the fiber surface and other materials enhanced but the mechanical properties and surface morphology of the fiber were kept unchanged.As a result, the surface properties were improved.
