腫瘤的生長和轉移與血管有著密切的關繫,抑製腫瘤血管生成可以調節腫瘤的生長。近年來,抑製腫瘤新生血管的藥物已成為藥學領域的研究熱點,一些新生血管抑製劑已經進入臨床試驗階段,本文對抗腫瘤血管生成的理論進行瞭概述,併總結瞭新生血管生成抑製劑的臨床研究情況。

The growth and metastasis of tumor had a lose relationship with blood vessels , and inhibition of tumor angiogenesis can regulate tumor growth.In recent years , the drugs of inhibiting tumor angiogenesis became a hot research in the field of pharmacy , and some angiogenesis inhibitors entered clinical trials.The theory of tumor angiogenesis was outlined and the clinical studies of angiogenesis inhibitors were summarized.
