目的：探讨正压静脉留置针在艾滋病合并多重耐药菌感染患者中的应用效果。方法将100例艾滋病合并多重耐药菌感染患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各50例，对照组采用普通留置针进行输液，观察组采用正压留置针输液，比较两组留置针的滴速，留置时间，导管堵塞、静脉炎发生率，以及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组滴速、留置时间优于对照组，导管堵塞发生率低于对照组，患者对护理工作满意度高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论正压静脉留置针应用于艾滋病合并多重耐药菌感染患者的输液治疗，更能满足患者的输液需求，提高患者对护理工作的满意度，提高工作效率。
목적：탐토정압정맥류치침재애자병합병다중내약균감염환자중적응용효과。방법장100례애자병합병다중내약균감염환자안수궤수자표법수궤분위대조조화관찰조각50례，대조조채용보통류치침진행수액，관찰조채용정압류치침수액，비교량조류치침적적속，류치시간，도관도새、정맥염발생솔，이급환자대호리공작적만의도。결과관찰조적속、류치시간우우대조조，도관도새발생솔저우대조조，환자대호리공작만의도고우대조조，량조비교차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론정압정맥류치침응용우애자병합병다중내약균감염환자적수액치료，경능만족환자적수액수구，제고환자대호리공작적만의도，제고공작효솔。
Objective To explore the effect of positive pressure venous indwelling needle on AIDS patients with multidrug-resistant bacterial infections. Methods One hundred patients were randomly divided into control group and experiment group with fifty cases in each group. Common indwelling needle was applied in control group while positive pressure venous indwelling needle in experiment group. Intravenous drip speed, duration, catheter obstruction, incidence of phlebitis and patients ’ satisfaction with nursing in both groups were compared. Results In terms of drip speed and duration of the catheter, positive pressure venous indwelling needle had a better performance and there was lower incidence of catheter obstruction in experiment group. Patients in experiment group were more satisfied with the nursing. All the differences showed statistical significance ( P<0.05). Conclusion With positive pressure venous indwelling needle, since patients ’ need are satisfied, they are more satisfied with the nursing and nursing efficiency is improved.
