目的:了解安徽省ICU专科护士的工作现状和核心能力的发挥情况,为改革专科护士培训模式,完善效果评价体系和提高培训效果,进一步加强专科护士的使用与管理提供实践依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对经安徽省ICU专科护士培训基地培训并取得资格证的236名ICU专科护士的工作现状和能力发展进行调查。结果58名专科护士培训后担任护士长或教学老师职务,角色转变率为24.6%,92.2%的专科护士认为培训后自身专科理论知识水平和操作技能水平得到明显提高,在临床实践中发挥重要作用,有52.1%的专科护士参与了科研活动,12.2%的专科护士还参与科研课题的申报。结论我省ICU专科护士在临床护理岗位上发挥了积极有效的作用,推动了我省护理学科的专业化发展。但专科护士科研水平普遍偏低,在培训基地加大培训力度的同时,需要专科护士在临床实践中不断实践和提高。

Objective To understand core competence display of nurse specialists in ICU, to improve training for nurse specialist and to provide reference for management of nurse specialists. Methods With a self-designed questionnaire, 236 ICU nurse specialists after specific training were investigated. Results Fifty-eight nurses shifted their role as head nurses or clinical teachers after the training, accounting for 24.6% and 92.2% of the nurses regarded that the training contributed greatly to the improvement of their theoretical knowledge and operating skill. Half of the nurses participated in scientific activities and 12.2% applied for scientific projects. Conclusion Nurse specialists in ICU play a key role in clinical nursing, however, it is indispensible to improve nurses ’ research abilities and to provide more training for them.
