药物化学知识体系的形成和发展与有机化学、生物化学、分子生物学等基础学科息息相关,综合性强,且存在药物种类繁多、药物理化性质复杂、构效关系与作用机制不易理解等问题。本文通过以药物结构为教学核心,构建药物化学知识网,旨在克服教学过程中上述问题,避免知识点罗列的灌输性教学,降低教学难度和学习难度,并引导学生进一步掌握药物的构效关系、药理作用,讲解新药研发的创新思路,培养学生设计新药的思维。

The formation and development of the knowledge system of medicinal chemistry were closely related to organic chemistry , biochemistry and molecular chemistry.The complicate drug physical and chemical properties , the intricate structure -activity relationship and the complex mechanism of a variety of drugs contributed to the difficulty in learning this comprehensive course.A successful endeavor in drug -structure -centered teaching method was made to reduce the degree of difficulties of both teaching and learning.Furthermore , students were guided in mastering the structure-activity relationship and pharmacological effects of various drugs with the approach and their ideation in design new drugs were cultivated by interpreting the innovative ideas of drug research and development.
