The hydrogenation reactor layout and the key points of the design of piping and piping supports were introduced.Taking a refinery 800 kt/a diesel hydrofining unit as an example , through stress analysis software CAESARII modeling analysis , the exportpipeline stress analysis of hydrogenation reactor , the pipes for high temperature and high pressure pipeline , which belonged to the GC 1 class, was focused on , and there would be a flange accounting analysis.A hydrogenation reactor export piping stress analysis method and the matters needing attention were introduced to provide the reference for the later similar device and design experience.
