建立了毛细管气相色谱法,用于测定乌洛托品中残留的甲醇含量。采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱, FID检测器,在确定的色谱条件下,甲醇浓度在5.83~583μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,加样回收率为96.70%~102.47%,最低检出限为0.24 ng。该方法的灵敏度和准确度均符合分析要求,而且方法可靠,可用于乌洛托品原料药中甲醇残留量的测定。

A gas chromatography method was established to determine the content of methanol in methenamine .The contents of methanol were quantitatively determined by capillary gas chromatography on HP -5 capillary column , with FID detector.The excellent linearity was obtained in 5.83~583 μg/mL under the definite chromatographic conditions.The recoveries of spiked samples were in the range of 96.70%~102.47%.The minimum detection limit was 0.24 ng.Both the sensitivity and accuracy fitted the bill.The positive means can be used for the quantitative analysis of the methanol in methenamine.
