根据食用动植物油脂检测的国家标准方法,对比分析了地沟油和食用油的感官指标,碘价、折光率、过氧化值、酸值和电导率等理化指标。结果表明,与食用油相比,地沟油的酸值和电导率明显增大,酸值和电导率可以作为鉴定地沟油的指标。
根據食用動植物油脂檢測的國傢標準方法,對比分析瞭地溝油和食用油的感官指標,碘價、摺光率、過氧化值、痠值和電導率等理化指標。結果錶明,與食用油相比,地溝油的痠值和電導率明顯增大,痠值和電導率可以作為鑒定地溝油的指標。
근거식용동식물유지검측적국가표준방법,대비분석료지구유화식용유적감관지표,전개、절광솔、과양화치、산치화전도솔등이화지표。결과표명,여식용유상비,지구유적산치화전도솔명현증대,산치화전도솔가이작위감정지구유적지표。
Based on the national standard method of animal and vegetable fats and oils , the sense indexes , iodine value, refractive index, peroxide value, acid value and electrical conductivity of ‘Gutter Oil ’ and edible oil were comparatively analyzed.The analysis results showed that the acid value and electrical conductivity of ‘Gutter Oil ’ were significantly increased by comparing with the edible oil , and the acid value and electrical conductivity can be used as identification indexes of ‘Gutter Oil’.
