利用乙二胺四乙酸和乙二胺四乙酸二钠对微量元素铜进行了螯合试验,试验结果表明,最佳螯合条件为:温度80~100℃,反应时间1~1.5 h,螯合剂与Cu2+摩尔比为1:1,该条件下螯合率达98%以上,螯合物在180℃时性状稳定。此外,定性实验结果表明反应液中不存在游离态的Cu2+,说明螯合剂与Cu2+完全螯合。确立了最佳工艺和制备技术,并讨论了温度、螯合比等条件对螯合反应的影响。

The chelating experiment was congducted using ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid ( EDTA ) and Ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium ( EDTA -2Na ) on the trace elements of copper.The experimental results showed the optimal operating were temperature 80 ~100 ℃, reaction time from 1.0 ~1.5 h, and mole ration 1:1, between chelating agent and Cu 2+.The rate of chelation above 98%in these conditions and chelate properties were stable in 180 ℃.In addition , qualitative experiments showed that there was no free Cu 2 +in the reaction liquid and which indicated that chelating agent and Cu 2+ chelated completely.The optimum process and preparation technology were established , and the condition such as temperature and the ratio of chelating effect on chelating reaction was discussed .
