研究了从番茄茎叶中提取的活性物粗提物对常见菌种的抑菌效果,采用5种溶剂对番茄茎叶进行提取,以枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉为供试菌,对其粗提液进行抑菌活性测定。发现粗提液活性成分对细菌具有较强的抑制作用,对霉菌的抑菌作用较弱。番茄叶粗提液的抑菌浓度高于番茄茎提液。
研究瞭從番茄莖葉中提取的活性物粗提物對常見菌種的抑菌效果,採用5種溶劑對番茄莖葉進行提取,以枯草芽孢桿菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌、大腸桿菌、蠟狀芽孢桿菌、黑麯黴為供試菌,對其粗提液進行抑菌活性測定。髮現粗提液活性成分對細菌具有較彊的抑製作用,對黴菌的抑菌作用較弱。番茄葉粗提液的抑菌濃度高于番茄莖提液。
연구료종번가경협중제취적활성물조제물대상견균충적억균효과,채용5충용제대번가경협진행제취,이고초아포간균、금황색포도구균、대장간균、사상아포간균、흑곡매위공시균,대기조제액진행억균활성측정。발현조제액활성성분대세균구유교강적억제작용,대매균적억균작용교약。번가협조제액적억균농도고우번가경제액。
The fungistasis of the extracts from tomato stems and leaves were studied.Five kinds of solvents were used.Despite of the kinds of solvents , it turned out that the extracts had obvious effect on bacillus subfilis , staphylo-coccus aureus , escherichia.coli and bacillus cereus.The aspergillussp was immune to all the extracts.The fungistasis of the extracts from tomato leaves was better than that from tomato stems.
