本试验对山葡萄新品系99-2-100、02-2-17、02-1-16和99-1-01在结果枝最上端的一个花序前留不同叶数摘心处理。结果表明,留1片~2片叶摘心,坐果率、果穗重、果实含糖量、出汁率和产量均低,总酸高;留6片~7片叶摘心,坐果率和产量高、含糖量低、果穗松散、出汁率低;留4片~5片叶摘心,坐果率和产量适中、果穗大、含糖量和出汁率高、总酸低。通过试验可确定,新品系99-2-100、02-2-17、02-1-16和99-1-01开花前7d~10d在结果枝最上端一个花序留3片~4片叶摘心适宜,可在生产中推广应用。

본시험대산포도신품계99-2-100、02-2-17、02-1-16화99-1-01재결과지최상단적일개화서전류불동협수적심처리。결과표명,류1편~2편협적심,좌과솔、과수중、과실함당량、출즙솔화산량균저,총산고;류6편~7편협적심,좌과솔화산량고、함당량저、과수송산、출즙솔저;류4편~5편협적심,좌과솔화산량괄중、과수대、함당량화출즙솔고、총산저。통과시험가학정,신품계99-2-100、02-2-17、02-1-16화99-1-01개화전7d~10d재결과지최상단일개화서류3편~4편협적심괄의,가재생산중추엄응용。
An experiment of pinching treatment above bearing branch on new strains 99-2-100、02-2-17、02-1-16 and 99-1-01 was carried out .The results showed that the ratio of fruit setting ,grain weight ,sugar content ,juice rate and yield were low ,the total acid content were high when retained 1 leaves-2 leaves pinching .Fruit setting rate and yield were high ,sugar content was low ,the ear was loose and the juice rate was low when retained 6 leaves-7 leaves pinching .Fruit setting rate and yield were moderate ,the ear was big ,sugar content and juice rate were high ,total acid content was low .Through the test to determine that pinching left 4 leaves-5 leaves above bearing branch before flores-cence 7d-10d should be promoted in the production .
