建立测定R-氟比洛芬对映体(S-氟比洛芬)的高效液相色谱方法.采用Kromasil KR100-5CHI-TBB(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)手性柱,以正己烷-甲基叔丁基醚-冰醋酸(体积比为75∶25∶0.1)为流动相,流速为2 mL·min-1,检测波长为246 nm.结果显示:R-氟比洛芬和S-氟比洛芬之间的分离度为7.9,S-氟比洛芬的检测限为1.5 ng.证实:所建立的方法可快速、准确地分离和测定R-氟比洛芬对映体.

A HPLC method were developed for the separation and determination of the enantiomers of R-fluriprofen.The separation were performed on Kromasil KR100-5CHI-TBB (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with the mobile phase being hexane-methyl tert-butyl ether-acetic acid(V∶V∶V=75∶25∶0.1)at 2 mL·min-1.The detective wavelength was 246 nm.The resolution between R-fluriprofen and S-fluriprofen was 7.9,detection limit was 1.5 ng.The method was quick and accurate for separation and determination of R-fluriprofen enantiomers.
