研制环保低烟无卤阻燃线缆包覆材料。结果表明：主体材料为低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）/乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物（EVA）/三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）（共混比36/54/10）体系，阻燃剂为氢氧化铝/无机填料Create-E/氢氧化镁（并用比60/30/60）体系，相容剂为EVA接枝马来酸酐（EVA-g-MAH）（用量为8份）的线缆包覆材料物理性能、阻燃性能、电性能和环保性能均达到指标要求，成品线缆使用性能良好。
研製環保低煙無滷阻燃線纜包覆材料。結果錶明：主體材料為低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）/乙烯-醋痠乙烯共聚物（EVA）/三元乙丙橡膠（EPDM）（共混比36/54/10）體繫，阻燃劑為氫氧化鋁/無機填料Create-E/氫氧化鎂（併用比60/30/60）體繫，相容劑為EVA接枝馬來痠酐（EVA-g-MAH）（用量為8份）的線纜包覆材料物理性能、阻燃性能、電性能和環保性能均達到指標要求，成品線纜使用性能良好。
연제배보저연무서조연선람포복재료。결과표명：주체재료위저밀도취을희（LDPE）/을희-작산을희공취물（EVA）/삼원을병상효（EPDM）（공혼비36/54/10）체계，조연제위경양화려/무궤전료Create-E/경양화미（병용비60/30/60）체계，상용제위EVA접지마래산항（EVA-g-MAH）（용량위8빈）적선람포복재료물이성능、조연성능、전성능화배보성능균체도지표요구，성품선람사용성능량호。
In this study, the environmentally friendly coating material for low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) cable was developed. The matrix material was a blend of low density polyethylene (LDPE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM) at the blending ratio of 36/54/10. The flame retardant system was hydroxide aluminum/inorganic filler Create-E/magnesium hydroxide with the ratio of 60/30/60.8 parts of maleic anhydride grafted EVA (EVA-g-MAH) were applied as the compatibilizer. The experimental test results on the cable shealthing material showed its physical properties, lfame retardant properties and electrical properties reached the application requirements. The coating material was environmentally friendly and the ifnished cable product showed good performance.
