    多酚是植物体内复杂的酚类次生代谢产物，具有多元酚结构，主要存在于植物的皮、根、叶、壳及果肉中。本文从蓝莓多酚的萃取、提纯、成分及功能性四个方面介绍了目前国内外对蓝莓多酚的研究现状。
    다분시식물체내복잡적분류차생대사산물，구유다원분결구，주요존재우식물적피、근、협、각급과육중。본문종람매다분적췌취、제순、성분급공능성사개방면개소료목전국내외대람매다분적연구현상。
    Polyphenols, mainly exist in peel, root, leave, hulls and flesh, are a complex secondary metabolites in plants;which has polyhydric phenol structure. The extraction, purification, composition and functional on polyphenols in blueberries was introduced in this paper.
