针对陶瓷膜澄清食醋过程中的膜污染,研究化学清洗污染膜的工艺。结果表明:清洗污染膜和配制清洗剂时,水质越好,膜的清洗效果越好。分别使用NaOH,H2 O2和H2 SO4溶液清洗污染膜,当各自浓度分别为0.1%,0.2%,0.1%时,膜通量恢复率系数可达95%以上;同时确定了适宜的清洗条件:当清洗温度为298 K,清洗压力为0.4 MPa时,分别使用0.1%的NaOH,0.2%的H2 O2以及0.1%的H2 SO4清洗膜及设备20 min。陶瓷膜澄清食醋工艺连续运行多年,清洗效果好,再生效果稳定,具有工程实用价值。

Membrane cleaning and regeneration is researched on clarification of vinegar by ceramic membrane.The results show that high purity of clean water is helpful to improve the effect of mem-brane cleaning.The membrane flux recovery rate is more than 95% by ceramic membrane of 0.1%NaOH +0.2% H2O2+0.1% H2SO4.The appropriate cleaning conditions are:cleaning temperature of 298 K,pressure of 0.4 MPa and cleaning time of 20 min,using 0.1% NaOH,0.2% H2 O2 and 0.1% H2SO4 respectively.Ceramic membranes have been operated continuously for many years;the cleaning effect is stable and has practical value.
