IEP在台湾从引进到立法,从萌芽到发展已有三十年左右的历程,在理论研究和实务操作上积累了丰富的经验。论文通过梳理台湾IEP的发展历程、实施现状,深入探讨IEP在台湾特殊教育应用中的成功经验,为大陆地区科学应用和创新发展IEP提出如下建议:坚持个别化教育理念,推进IEP本土化;循序渐进,加强IEP实施的规范性;整合资源,以IEP为教学管理工具。
IEP在檯灣從引進到立法,從萌芽到髮展已有三十年左右的歷程,在理論研究和實務操作上積纍瞭豐富的經驗。論文通過梳理檯灣IEP的髮展歷程、實施現狀,深入探討IEP在檯灣特殊教育應用中的成功經驗,為大陸地區科學應用和創新髮展IEP提齣如下建議:堅持箇彆化教育理唸,推進IEP本土化;循序漸進,加彊IEP實施的規範性;整閤資源,以IEP為教學管理工具。

It has been nearly 3 decades of IEP developing in Taiwan, during which considerable experience has been accumulated both in theory and in practice. Through sorting out the development status of IEP in Taiwan, this paper discusses deeply the successful experience in the application of IEP to Taiwan’s special education and makes some recommendations for the scientific application and creative development of IEP in Chinese Mainland, namely, adhereing to individualized education concept to promote localization of IEP;strengthening gradually the normalization of the implementation of IEP;integrating resources with IEP as teaching management tools.
