采用文献法对现阶段我国仅有的14所招收特殊教育硕士研究生高校的地域分布、教学和科研实力分布、招生和培养体系、专业研究方向等现状进行分析;并就交流特殊教育硕士培养经验、规范招生政策、加强招生高校自身建设和重视非全日制在职硕士的培养等方面进行探讨,从而有效培养具有较强科研能力、实践能力和创新能力的高层次特殊教育人才。
採用文獻法對現階段我國僅有的14所招收特殊教育碩士研究生高校的地域分佈、教學和科研實力分佈、招生和培養體繫、專業研究方嚮等現狀進行分析;併就交流特殊教育碩士培養經驗、規範招生政策、加彊招生高校自身建設和重視非全日製在職碩士的培養等方麵進行探討,從而有效培養具有較彊科研能力、實踐能力和創新能力的高層次特殊教育人纔。
채용문헌법대현계단아국부유적14소초수특수교육석사연구생고교적지역분포、교학화과연실력분포、초생화배양체계、전업연구방향등현상진행분석;병취교류특수교육석사배양경험、규범초생정책、가강초생고교자신건설화중시비전일제재직석사적배양등방면진행탐토,종이유효배양구유교강과연능력、실천능력화창신능력적고층차특수교육인재。
By way of the literature method, this article analyzes the current status of the only 14 universities that enroll master degree candidate of special education in China at the present stage, including the distribution of regions, teaching conditions and scientific research strength, enrollment and cultivation system, the professional research direction etc. this article also explores exchanging experience on the cultivation of special education postgraduate students, standardizing admissions policy, strengthening the self-construction of colleges and universities and emphasizing the cultivation of part-time on-the-job masters so as to effectively cultivate high level special education talents, practical ability and innovation ability.
