探讨对比剂的两种注药流速以及扫描延迟时间对肾动脉 CT 血管成像(CTA)图像质量的影响。方法收集300例行肾动脉CTA检查的患者影像学资料,其中150例按对比剂注药流速随机分为2组,每组75例,分别以4.5 ml/s以及5.0 ml/s的注药流速进行扫描,分析比较两组图像质量。150例按扫描延迟时间随机分为3组,每组50例,分别以20 s、25 s及30 s不同的扫描延迟时间进行扫描,并分析比较3组图像质量。结果对比剂注药流速5.0 ml/s组的肾动脉及各级分支的显示级别明显高于4.5 ml/s组(P<0.05),CTA图像质量评分分别为(4.587±0.177)分和(3.885±0.189)分,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。扫描延迟时间为20 s 时肾动脉及各级分支显示级别明显高于25 s及30 s两组(P<0.05),CTA图像质量评分分别为(4.740±0.123)分、(4.065±0.119)分和(4.072±0.076)分,优于延迟时间为25 s、30 s(P<0.05)。结论对比剂两种注药流速以及扫描延迟时间均可影响肾动脉CTA图像质量,采用较快注药流速结合最佳扫描延迟时间能获得优质的肾动脉及各级分支CTA图像。

Objective To explore the effect of two injection flow rates and scan delay time of contrast agent on the image quality of the renal artery with computed tomographic angiography(CTA).Methods The imaging data of renal artery CTA on 300 patients,including 150 cases,based on the injection rates of a contrast agent were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases in each group,respectively,to scan with 4.5 ml/s and 5.0 ml/s injection flow rate. And then the image quality of the two groups was analyzed,another 150 patients,based on the scan delay time were randomly divided into three groups,50 cases in each group,respectively to scan with different delay time about 20 s,25 s and 30 s,and the image quality of the three groups was analyzed.Results In the group with contrast agent injection flow rate 5 .0 ml/s,the grades of the renal artery and different branches were obviously higher than those of group with the contrast agent injection rate 4.5 ml/s(P <0.05),the image quality of CTA scores were (4.587±0.177)marks and (3.885±0.189)marks,there was significant difference(P <0.05).In the group with scan delay time 20 s,the grades of the renal artery and branches were significantly higher than those of the two groups with scan delay time 25 s and 30 s(P <0.05),respectively the image quality of CTA scores were (4.740±0.123)marks,(4.065±0.119) marks and (4.072±0.076)marks,the group with scan delay time 20 s was better than the group with scan delay time 25 s and 30 s (P<0.05).Conclusion Two injection flow rates and scan delay time of the contrast agent can effect the image quality of renal artery CTA,using fast inj ection flow rate according to the optimal scan delay time can obtain better image quality of renal artery and branches CTA.
