采用液相沉淀法制备了纳米氧化锌,分别用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、红外光谱等物理手段对纳米氧化锌进行了表征,并运用抑菌圈法对所制备的纳米氧化锌进行了定性的抗菌性研究。结果表明,制备的纳米氧化锌颗粒大小均匀,分散性较好,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有良好的抑制效果。
採用液相沉澱法製備瞭納米氧化鋅,分彆用X射線衍射分析(XRD)、紫外可見吸收光譜(UV-Vis)、紅外光譜等物理手段對納米氧化鋅進行瞭錶徵,併運用抑菌圈法對所製備的納米氧化鋅進行瞭定性的抗菌性研究。結果錶明,製備的納米氧化鋅顆粒大小均勻,分散性較好,對金黃色葡萄毬菌和大腸桿菌有良好的抑製效果。
채용액상침정법제비료납미양화자,분별용X사선연사분석(XRD)、자외가견흡수광보(UV-Vis)、홍외광보등물리수단대납미양화자진행료표정,병운용억균권법대소제비적납미양화자진행료정성적항균성연구。결과표명,제비적납미양화자과립대소균균,분산성교호,대금황색포도구균화대장간균유량호적억제효과。
Nano zinc oxide was prepared by liquid phase precipitation method, and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), uv-vis absorption spectroscopy (UV-Vis), infrared spectrum and other physical means. The antimicrobial properties of prepared nano-meter zinc oxide were qualitative studied by bacteriostatic circle method. The results showed that the prepared nanometer zinc had uniform particle size, better dispersity and good inhibition effect on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli.
