利用石油副产物C4资源,采用VPO-Sn·Al·Mg复合催化剂,用正丁烷选择氧化反应制备顺丁二烯二酸酐中间体,再采用HCl、MgCl2等复合催化剂,在上述反应产物中加入一乙醇胺合成富马酸一乙醇胺酯。产品具有清洗、润滑和防锈的性能,可以作为金属加工液(切削液,清洗剂,防锈油)的添加剂材料。

Applied petroleum resources by-product C4, VPO-Sn·Al·Mg composite catalyst, selective oxidation of n-butane reaction, maleic anhydride intermediates was prepared. Then the reaction product reacted with monoethanol amine to synthesize fumaric acid ethanolamine ester catalyzed by HCl, MgCl2 composite catalyst. The products had the performance of clean, lubrication and antirust, could be used as liquid metal processing (cutting fluid, cleaning agent, anti rust oil) additive material.
