对饲料添加剂二甲酸钾的合成工艺进行了研究,实验表明,二甲酸钾合成的适宜条件为:甲酸∶氢氧化钾(摩尔比)=2.5∶1,反应温度60℃,反应时间2h,在此条件下,二甲酸钾的收率达90%以上。
對飼料添加劑二甲痠鉀的閤成工藝進行瞭研究,實驗錶明,二甲痠鉀閤成的適宜條件為:甲痠∶氫氧化鉀(摩爾比)=2.5∶1,反應溫度60℃,反應時間2h,在此條件下,二甲痠鉀的收率達90%以上。
대사료첨가제이갑산갑적합성공예진행료연구,실험표명,이갑산갑합성적괄의조건위:갑산∶경양화갑(마이비)=2.5∶1,반응온도60℃,반응시간2h,재차조건하,이갑산갑적수솔체90%이상。
Potassium diformate was synthesized from formic acid and potassium hydroxide.The optimum reaction conditions were determined. The results showed when the mole ratio (formic acid∶potassium hydroxide) was 2.5∶1,reaction time was 2h and reac-tiontemperature was 60℃,the yield was more than 90%.
