目的：观察分析实施小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血并配合早期肢体康复治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2011年4月~2013年7月收治高血压脑出血患者63例作为研究对象，均实施小骨窗开颅血肿清除术并配合早期肢体康复治疗，对比观察治疗前后患者的临床情况并对其疗效进行评估。结果：患者治疗后格拉斯哥昏迷评分、神经功能缺损评分、肢体运动功能及运用功能独立性、Barthel指数等相关指标均有明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：实施小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血并配合早期肢体康复干预，能够有效改善患者神经功能缺损及肢体运动状况，提高患者独立性与自理能力，明显提高其生活质量，具有理想的临床应用效果。

To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of small bone window craniotomy clearing hematoma plus early stage physical rehabilitation treatment on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:63 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients from April 2011 to July 2013 were collected as study subjects.All patients were treated with small bone window craniotomy clearing hematoma plus early physical rehabilitation,and compared the clinical situation before and after treatment and evaluated the efficacy.Results:The Glasgow coma scale,neurological functional deficit scales,motor function and functional independence measure,Barthel Index and other related indicators of patients had improved and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The implementation of the small bone window craniotomy clearing hematoma plus early stage physical rehabilitation to cure hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve patients' neurological deficits and motor function of limbs,enhance patients' independence and self-care capabilities and improve their quality of life with the ideal clinical efficacy.
