目的：探讨分析电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻咽喉疾病诊断及治疗中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2010年6月~2013年1月在我院耳鼻喉科出现阳性体征的1000例患者的临床病例资料,采用电子鼻咽喉镜对所有患者进行检查和治疗。结果：1000例患者在电子鼻咽喉镜下检查顺利,并得到明确诊断；72例声带息肉患者以及97例声带小结患者在电子鼻咽喉镜下行切除术,手术顺利；200例咽喉部异物患者在电子鼻咽喉镜下行异物取出术,242例患者行病变组织切除活检术。结论：电子鼻咽喉镜诊治耳鼻咽喉疾病安全有效,特异性强。
목적：탐토분석전자비인후경재이비인후질병진단급치료중적림상응용개치。방법：회고성분석2010년6월~2013년1월재아원이비후과출현양성체정적1000례환자적림상병례자료,채용전자비인후경대소유환자진행검사화치료。결과：1000례환자재전자비인후경하검사순리,병득도명학진단；72례성대식육환자이급97례성대소결환자재전자비인후경하행절제술,수술순리；200례인후부이물환자재전자비인후경하행이물취출술,242례환자행병변조직절제활검술。결론：전자비인후경진치이비인후질병안전유효,특이성강。
To analysis the electronic nasopharyngoscope in diagnosis and treatment of otorhinolaryngologic disease. Methods:A retrospective analysis from June,2010 to January 2013 in our hospital is positive signs of clinical data of 1000 patients,using electronic nasopharyngoscope inspection on all of the patients and treatment.Results:1000 patients in the electronic nasopharyngoscope check smoothly,and get a clear diagnosis;72 cases of vocal cord polyp patients and 97 patients with vocal nodules in downward resection,electronic nasopharyngoscope operation smoothly;200 patients with throat foreign body in the electronic nasopharyngoscope downward foreign bodies,242 cases of patients with tumors excision biopsy.Conclusion:It is safe ,effective, and strong specificity that electronic nasopharyngoscope in diagnosis and treatment of otorhinolaryngologic diseases,.
