目的：探讨甘露聚糖肽治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择2008年1月~2012年3月期间笔者所在科室收治的慢性咽炎患者124例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各62例，观察组在常规治疗基础上服用甘露聚糖肽胶囊，对照组在常规治疗基础上服用匹多莫德胶囊，连续治疗3个月。结果：观察组与对照组临床疗效相当，两组临床总有效率比较无统计学差异(P=0.40)。但观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、C3水平较观察组显著增高(P<0.01)，且抗生素使用时间、咽炎急性感染次数、不良反应发生率均较对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论：甘露聚糖肽能有效提高慢性咽炎患者机体免疫功能，减少抗生素使用量，降低反复发作次数，安全性好。
목적：탐토감로취당태치료만성인염적림상료효급안전성。방법：선택2008년1월~2012년3월기간필자소재과실수치적만성인염환자124례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각62례，관찰조재상규치료기출상복용감로취당태효낭，대조조재상규치료기출상복용필다막덕효낭，련속치료3개월。결과：관찰조여대조조림상료효상당，량조림상총유효솔비교무통계학차이(P=0.40)。단관찰조CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、C3수평교관찰조현저증고(P<0.01)，차항생소사용시간、인염급성감염차수、불량반응발생솔균교대조조현저감소(P<0.05)。결론：감로취당태능유효제고만성인염환자궤체면역공능，감소항생소사용량，강저반복발작차수，안전성호。
To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Mannatide to treat chronic pharyngitis.Methods:124 patients with chronic pharyngitis chosen from the hospital where the author served in and chosen from the period during January 2008 to March 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,62 cases respectively.On the conventional therapy,the observation group was applied Mannatide Capsules,and the controlgroup was applied the Pidotimod Capsules,and both group treated for 3 months. Results:The clinical efficacy of observation group was equal to the control group,and the clinical total effective rate showed no significant difference (P=0.40).While the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,C3 levels of observation group were significantly higher compared to the observation group (P<0.01),and antibiotics' using time,the acute infection episodes,incidence rate of adverse reactions were significantly reduced compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Mannatide can improve immune function of chronic pharyngitis and reduce antibiotic usage,decrease the relapse frequency,and have good security.
